The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at Time Doctor, you’ll help design, build, and optimize full-stack web applications that power our growth initiatives. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from product managers to UI/UX designers — to deliver features that make remote work more productive and enjoyable.

The Role

Full Stack Engineering

🧠 Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications

🧩 Implement and integrate front-end and back-end components for cohesive functionality

Cross-Functional Collaboration

🤝 Partner with Front End and Back End Engineers to optimize features

💡 Participate in brainstorming sessions to create growth-driven solutions

User Experience & Optimization

✍️ Work with designers to create intuitive, high-performing interfaces

📈 Optimize performance for faster, smoother user experiences

API & Systems Development

🧩 Design and maintain secure, scalable APIs

🧠 Ensure data consistency and system reliability across environments

Performance & Scalability

⚡ Monitor, analyze, and enhance system performance

📈 Improve code efficiency, maintainability, and load times

Success Looks Like

You deliver clean, scalable, full-stack solutions that enhance user experience, support growth goals, and perform reliably in production

Job requirements

What You Bring

🎯 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in SaaS or tech companies

🧠 4+ years of experience in Node.js, Angular, and React

🧩 Experience with GCP, MongoDB, and API development

💬 Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote settings

📈 Proven ability to ship end-to-end web solutions that drive results

🌍 Comfortable working asynchronously with global teammates
