Nmbrs is looking for a passionate Full-stack Developer to help us deliver exceptional experiences to over 1.5 million employees worldwide through our innovative employee apps.

In this role, you'll:
  • Maintain and develop our .NET backend infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using .Net Maui, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient;
  • Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into seamless user experiences
  • Work in an agile environment where your ideas shape the product roadmap
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and solve complex challenges

What you'll bring:

  • .Net MAUI or Xamarin expertise- cross-platform development (must have) or proven experience in native mobile application development
  • Strong command of C# programming and SQL database management
  • Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes
  • Experience building mobile apps with strong user ratings and performance metrics
  • Unit testing methodologies and test-driven development practices Nice to Have:
  • REST API integration and OpenAPI specification implementation
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows, particularly GitHub Actions
