Your territory

As part of our Software Development team, you will:

• Become one of the key developers for our high-traffic web shop, blog, and other web pages used by millions of pet parents around the world
• Redesign pages and components to create a modern, consistent, and user-friendly web experience
• Develop and maintain new features for our web shop - from landing pages to cart and checkout - that delight our customers and support business goals
• Make our web pages fast, accessible, and SEO-friendly to provide a smooth experience on all devices
• Create layouts in HTML5 and CSS3 from their conceptualization until they go live
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience working with modern web technologies (HTML, TypeScript, CSS, Responsive Web Design)
• Great knowledge of modern JavaScript & CSS frameworks
• Hands-on experience working with components and design systems
• Experience in optimizing page performance
• Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and defend ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with Figma Dev Mode or general Figma knowledge is a plus
• Experience in PHP and Wordpress is a plus
• Very good English skills
