Key Responsibilities

As the Front Office Administrator, reporting directly to the Facilities Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our Front Office. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Front Office areas to guarantee an outstanding experience for both internal and external customers.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, service providers, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming reception.
  • Ensure meeting room occupation effectively meet business needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Incoming Calls and Emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage and process all incoming, outgoing mail and courier requirements, including digitally scanned mails.
  • Assist on various operational and administrative tasks including security initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous Receptionist experience strongly preferred.
  • Professional phone manner and proven communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
  • A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible working style with the ability to excel when working independently
