Scope and activities

We are looking for a Front End Software Engineer in the Information and Communication Technology area within the Banking sector, who has participated in managing high-complexity projects with security and trust, developing synergies and inclusion.

The resource will be placed within a dynamic and collaborative team focused on developing innovative solutions for Investment management for Group Technology of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

A necessary requirement is the ability to design and develop application software and data components supporting software systems, maximizing their quality and performance in compliance with defined technical and functional specifications.

The profile is complemented by experience in project planning and monitoring, the ability to manage supplier relationships and general knowledge of reference technologies in the sector.

In this context the resource will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing application software.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to define Work Progress Status, identify and address critical issues, and proactively identify and manage project risks.
  • Maintaining consistency between what is developed and company standards and regulations with reference, for example, to Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management and Data Management.
  • Preparing estimates and managing technical analyses based on available functional analyses.

Required experience

1 to 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer gained by participating in IT projects.

Skills, knowledge and qualifications required

Programming paradigms:

  • Object-oriented programming: Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism
  • Functional programming: Lambda, Immutability, Pure Functions

Dart language:

  • Asynchronous programming (Future, async/await)
  • Null Safety

Flutter framework:

  • Building reactive UIs with StatelessWidget and StatefulWidget
  • State management with third-party libraries – e.g. Provider, Riverpod, BLoC
  • Knowledge of fundamental widgets for layout, input and navigation

Software development:

  • Versioning with Git and a Pull Request-based workflow
  • HTTP protocol and interaction with RESTful APIs
  • Handling data in JSON format
  • Principles of Unit and Integration Testing

Preferred requirements:

  • HTML and CSS
  • TypeScript for Front-End development
  • Angular for Front-End development
  • Swift for native iOS development
  • Kotlin for native Android and multiplatform development
