Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creation and management of versatile website templates for rapid customization and deployment
• Implement cutting-edge designs using React, Tailwind CSS, and other modern front-endtechnologies
• Optimize website performance to ensure lightning-fast load times and minimal resource usage
• Set up and manage website hosting on AWS, leveraging cloudtechnologyfor scalability and reliability
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed client expectations and tight deadlines
• Stay at the forefront of web development trends, continuously learning and implementing newtechnologies
• Contribute to the development of innovative CRM solutions and customtechservices
• Participate in proof-of-concept projects to showcase capabilities to potential clients
• Play a key role in scaling the company’s web development services as the business grows

Requirements

• Proven expertise in React and Tailwind CSS, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
• Strong command of modern front-end development practices and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to create efficient, minimalistic websites that look great and perform even better
• Experience with AWS hosting and management, or willingness to quickly learn
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn newtechnologiesrapidly
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivated with a passion for creating impactful digital solutions for small businesses
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and customtechsolution development
