French Bilingual Property Management Assistant

This is a remote position.
Part-time 20 hours a week
Wednesday to Sunday, 9am - 1pm EST
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and communications in both French and English
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for short-term rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on their completion
- Update and maintain property records and booking information
- Assist with the overall day-to-day operations of property management
- Provide support during peak hours, particularly in the morning and during check-in times (around 2 PM to 8 PM)
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends if needed
Scope
- Manage communications and operations for a portfolio of up to 55 short-term rental units
- Work remotely, using provided software tools for property management and communication
- Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adapt to the company’s growth, including potential expansion into hotel management
