French Bilingual Property Management Assistant

This is a remote position.

Part-time 20 hours a week

Wednesday to Sunday, 9am - 1pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and communications in both French and English
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for short-term rental properties
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on their completion
  • Update and maintain property records and booking information
  • Assist with the overall day-to-day operations of property management
  • Provide support during peak hours, particularly in the morning and during check-in times (around 2 PM to 8 PM)

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends if needed

Scope

  • Manage communications and operations for a portfolio of up to 55 short-term rental units
  • Work remotely, using provided software tools for property management and communication
  • Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Adapt to the company’s growth, including potential expansion into hotel management
