Job Type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months minimum

Location: This role could be based in either our Wythall, Edinburgh or London offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Salary and benefits: £52,000 - £65,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Project Manager on a Fixed Term basis who is experienced in delivering transformational change for our Finance stakeholders.  The role holder will be responsible for the day to day management of Finance Data, Reporting and Process Transformation projects working with a team of PM’s, PMO and BA’s, alongside SMEs and senior managers  to deliver projects that support  Phoenix’s strategy. You will be experienced in using different delivery methodologies, building, and maintaining, relationships with a cross functional set of stakeholders and focused on delivery of outcomes and benefits.

What are we looking for?

  • Finance and or IT change management professional with Stakeholder Management, Planning, Presentation skills and Team Management experience
  • Develop and execute Business Readiness and cutover planning
  • Ability to plan and delivery project initiatives. Including Definition, Design, Build, Testing and Rollout phases of a project
  • Communication, planning with Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Presentation skills. Resource and Financial Management. Customer focussed
  • You’ll need to work closely with the business teams, enabling the acceptance of change
