Job Type:  12-month Fixed Term Contract

Location: This role is based at our London, Old Bailey office.

Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

The role

The Facilities manager will provide direction, leadership, and management of a major function within Premises, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to customers across the Group with customer at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for Building and maintaining relationships with other Senior Managers and Directors in order that cross-divisional work is carried out effectively, in line with operational targets and divisional strategy. You will ensure Contracted services are delivered in line with 'Service Level Agreements' and commercially manage supplier relationships to ensure value is achieved to secure quality and budget requirements. You will be responsible for delivering our internal operational Facilities Management strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, and establish measures to gauge our progress. This role will lead and drive our business to continuously improve our outcomes.

What are we looking for?

You will be an experienced Facilities Manager, disciplined in both soft and Hard services and strive to always deliver excellent outcomes for the customer.

You will hold at least a level 4 IWFM qualification and have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with other Senior Managers and Directors in order that cross-divisional work is carried out effectively.

 Relationships with contractors, consultants, third party tenants and suppliers are developed and managed, and partnership agreements/strategic alliances are established and benchmarked to secure quality and value for money for Phoenix Group.

Always ensuring that we fully understand the client/business requirements and setting clear expectations in terms of delivery and service.
