Purpose and Activities

We are looking for a person with skills in Cybersecurity, able to manage complexity, willing to take on managerial responsibilities, and able to foster synergy and inclusion among people and work groups, in a highly challenging, dynamic and technologically advanced operational context.

The person, as an Expert Cyber Specialist, will be part of the Cyber Technology structure responsible for the design and delivery of cybersecurity systems for data and email protection, network and endpoint security.

Main activities within the area of responsibility will be:

  • Actively participate in the design and implementation of Cybersecurity systems, completing projects with the team within defined timeframes and costs
  • Support operational functions in resolving IT and security incidents
  • Contribute to team growth, maintaining a collaborative and synergistic professional environment
  • Interface with project stakeholders to complete activities and projects
  • Help define strategic evolutions of security systems and the annual investment budget
  • Produce documentation and reporting to support management, illustrating analyses performed and strategic recommendations

Preferred workplaces are Turin, Milan and Naples.

Required Experience

At least 4-5 years of experience in the design and management of Cybersecurity solutions is required. Experience in coordinating project teams and Project Management is desirable.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

Required:

  • Degree in scientific subjects, preferably in software engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics
  • Skills with Cybersecurity solutions/products in on-prem, cloud or hybrid environments, in at least one of the following areas:
    • Endpoint Security (Antivirus, Antimalware, EDR)
    • Network Security (Anti DDoS, Web Application Firewall, NDR, network segregation, IDS/IPS probes)
    • Email protection
    • Web proxy
  • Monitoring solutions and log management
  • Competence in advanced data analysis and definition of indicators (KPIs) for security tools and solutions, aimed at anticipating risk trends
  • English language (intermediate)

Preferred (plus):

  • Participation in projects implementing Cybersecurity solutions in on-prem, cloud or hybrid environments in at least one of the following areas:
    • Endpoint Security
    • Network Security
    • IoT systems security
  • Knowledge of the banking IT context
  • Cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, ISACA, OWASP, CSSLP
