About the role
We have a new opportunity for an Executive Assistant who is passionate about providing service and structure to provide seamless support to the CEO. This position is suited to someone with experience in a similar EA role as you will be managing the day to day diaries of the CEO and support Acast senior leadership, as well as being at the heart of the organization and a true ambassador to external stakeholders. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
The CEO and other senior leadership are based on the Eastern Time Zone so it would be preferred if you are as well. We highly value work life balance and are flexible with the working hours as long as you can work some hours daily to support our leadership team globally. This is a part-time, salaried role with a possibility to work remotely. The compensation range for the role is $40,000 - 50,000/year.
How you will contribute
∙ Act as a point of contact for the CEO.
∙Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar and set up meetings as well as other daily administrative tasks.
∙Coordinate and support executives in the wider management team and the board of directors including scheduling, supporting and organizing board meetings and collaborating around the preparation of board materials.
∙Create and update presentation decks using Keynote and Powerpoint programs.
∙Process expense reports and oversee business travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and executives.
∙Partner with the Global Marketing team with organizing business events.
∙Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
The ideal skills for this role include
∙ Bachelor’s degree preferred
∙Previous experience of supporting C-Level executives in an international environment.
∙Previous experience from working in a listed company.
∙Excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English.
∙You value integrity and have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
∙A proficiency using Powerpoint, Keynote and other presentation programs as well as experience with MacBook/iOS.
∙Detail-oriented: You can spot a typo a mile away, you're diligent with formatting and double check everything twice.
∙Self-starter: You are exhilarated by the opportunity to own entire projects and are comfortable working autonomously.
∙Poised: The ability to remain level-headed and calm under pressure
∙Adaptable: You adjust quickly to changing priorities and cope effectively with complexity and change in a global setting
