Scope and purpose
Beyond the activities already underway, the requested person will help the team to expand and improve his presence in the equity financing market, by working on products, processes and infrastructure aimed to the optimizing the funding cost of equity inventories.
Esperienza Richiesta
At least a 10/15-year experience matured on these topics.
Skills required
- Strong knowledge of securities lending market, with specific focus on the full range of financing solutions (TRS; repo, collateral exchange, triparty funding facilities etc).
- Good coverage of equity capital markets and equity derivatives.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, financial regulatory reporting (SFTR, MMSR) and liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR).
- Strong financial, analytical and IT skills, with attention to detail.
- Team-worker with good inter-personal skills.
