Job Title: Engineer

Job description:

Job description

Be part of a growing innovative global player with projects focused on cryogenic engineering? Think liquid gases (below -160 °C) used in many industries such as automotive, food, electronics, LNG, aerospace, (medical) science and the energy transition to hydrogen. A great challenge!

Your role as Engineer at Demaco

As an Engineer at Demaco you design, draft and calculate structures for cryogenic installations. You translate technical specifications into 3D isometrics and develop these into detailed 2D production drawings so that your colleagues in the workshop can get to work immediately. So you are not only behind a screen – your work literally comes to life a few metres away. You can also develop broadly within our Business Units or grow into a Project Engineer role through an internal or external traineeship. Whatever your ambition: we help you on your way to cryo-genius.

What you can expect from us at Demaco

  • Market-conforming salary and employment conditions according to the CAO Metalektro
  • 27 vacation days + 13 ATV days (for full-time employment)
  • Good PME pension scheme and travel allowance
  • Possibility to work from home
  • Temporary contract with prospect of permanent employment
  • Plenty of room for training, growth and personal initiative
  • Work in a close-knit team within an international organisation with unique products

Demaco has been part of the OPW group since mid-2024, which in turn is part of the Dover group. This gives us not only a solid foundation but also opportunities to play a leading role in the transition to clean energy. For you as an Engineer this means that you can expect interesting international career opportunities in time.

Do you fit at Demaco?

What we expect from our new engineer:

You have experience preparing technical drawings and calculations in 3D and 2D. In addition, you are proficient with CAD and ERP systems, and familiar with MS Office. You have a completed mbo level 4 qualification in mechanical engineering, speak and write good Dutch or English, and combine curiosity with a healthy sense of humour and team spirit.

Enthusiastic?
