Introduction
We are looking for new graduated preferably in economics/statistics/management engeneering or also educational science or similar degree programs interested in all the activities connected with engagement and development initiatives design and delivery
Flexibility and proactive attitude to facilitate team-working, cooperation and synergies, togheter with problem solving and analytical skills are the characteristics we are looking for in people who want to start a path within our Group.
You will work within the Engagement and Development Office - HR Department of International Subsidiary Banks Division, dealing with the Group Learning strategy and the Division's specificities, dedicated tools and processes across the Division and the Subsidiaries.

You will be supporting the work of the team having the following main activities:
- Support digital learning platform implementation
- Support design and delivery synchronous and asynchronous training initiatives
- Support data collection and reporting

Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- High interest on HR topics with a focus on Engagement and L&D strategies and also analytical and quantitative skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Appreciated previous experience (also in internship) in HR Departments or Organization Departments or interfunctional projects
- Motivation for an international and multicultural role
