Introduction: We are looking for someone who has recently obtained a Master’s degree with a strong passion for the world of Communication.
Your Activities:
- Collaborate in a team to define attraction strategies aimed at meeting recruiting needs, reflecting the company’s positioning and values
- Define partnerships with national and international universities
- Work in a team to organize specific recruiting events, such as recruiting games
- Participate in communication projects and explore new platforms and tools for attraction
- Create new content to update the Careers site
What You Will Learn:
- Communication methods on social media and interpreting their analytics
- Uploading and publishing content on the Career site
- Building an editorial plan
- Organizing events
- Building effective presentations to convey an idea or project
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Solid communication skills
A Plus:
- Previous experience, even in a university setting, in managing small projects
