Scope and Purpose
The candidate will be involved in the management of a proprietary banking book, focusing on Emerging Markets, within a macro framework which includes investments in Sovereign and Government Guaranteed securities, in hard and local currency.
- Work with teammates to implement all the procedures involved in the management of a very large and diversified banking book.
- Helping to define and implement Interest rate hedging and macro-overlay strategies.
Required Experience
5 – 10 years of experience in simila role.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Emerging Markets, with a primary focus on credit and rates.
- MS Office
- Bloomberg
- Matlab,
- Python
- Markets Knowledge
- macroeconomics background
- Ability to learn quickly the processes and procedures involved in the daily management of a large and complex portfolio of securities
