We are looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Manager to join Scoro’s Marketing team in Tallinn or Riga! 🤩

As our Email Marketing Manager, you'll oversee and execute both inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns, from ideation to delivery and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you must be ready to learn the ins and outs of Scoro software, understand our ICPs, and stay current with email marketing trends.

You should feel comfortable handling both the technical and creative sides of email marketing. One day, you may be configuring email automation workflows or solving deliverability issues, and the next, writing engaging copy that drives conversions.

Ideally, you have experience in email marketing and are proficient in HubSpot. But as long as you bring transferable marketing and copywriting skills and see yourself as a creative, analytical, and results-driven team player, you could be our next Scorer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration: Work alongside a global team (closely with other Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations teams) to generate qualified sales leads and opportunities;
  • Campaign Ideation and Execution: Develop, execute, and reiterate email marketing campaigns that drive pipeline results;
  • Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive email copy that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions;
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and deliver measurable results;
  • Experimenting: Proactively explore and test new audiences, email marketing trends, content ideas, creatives, etc.;
  • Technical Setup: Navigate and set up email workflows, cadences, and sequences in marketing automation tools (Hubspot and Apollo are our key tools);
  • Deliverability Optimization: Ensure optimal email deliverability rates through ongoing monitoring, testing, and optimization;
  • Documenting Progress: Develop process documentation to ensure you work in a structured and efficient way and share best practices with the global team.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Email Marketing Experience: proven experience in managing and coordinating email marketing campaigns in B2B, preferably SaaS company;
  • A Way with Words: ability to grasp complex ideas and communicate them in simple, clear terms;
  • Excellent English Skills: proficiency in written and verbal communication in English;
  • Time and Project Management Skills: effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Leadership Skills: ability to take ownership of your work and lead projects where multiple stakeholders contribute towards a common goal;
  • Collaborative Skills: strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to nurture connections with key stakeholders internally and externally;
  • Team Player: you’re team-focused and always ready to contribute ideas and support cross-functional initiatives.

You get extra points for:

  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) in the SaaS industry;
  • Experience with modern demand generation practices;
  • Knowledge or experience in a professional services industry (e.g., agency, consultancy);
  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools.
