Schedule:
- Flexible (4 hours/day, 5 days/week) within client's business hours
Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time
Company Overview: We are a lifestyle and tech-themed print-on-demand brand focused on empowering innovators and creators. We specialize in minimalist, tech-inspired designs and are looking for a capable assistant to help us scale our e-commerce store and operations.
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to manage product listings, store setup, reviews, and backend operations. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, maintaining sync between Printful and Shopify, and supporting store growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload products from Printful to Shopify with accurate tags, descriptions, and pricing
- Organize products into collections and update homepage features and banners
- Maintain product syncs, variant management, and mockup presentation
- Monitor order fulfillment via Printful and assist with customer inquiries
- Set up and manage review apps (Loox, Judge.me) and collect customer feedback
- Support seasonal product updates, discount campaigns, and store performance tracking
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Prior experience with Shopify and Printful (or similar POD platforms)
- Familiarity with SEO product descriptions and e-commerce tagging
- Proficiency with Shopify admin and Printful dashboard
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English and communication
Bonus Skills:
- Experience using Canva or similar for simple visual updates
- Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting
- Comfort with Microsoft Planner for task management
