E-commerce Assistant

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Assistant to support our client’s day-to-day operations across their Shopify and TikTok Shop. From uploading new products and managing inventory to assisting with live campaigns and creator collaborations, you'll play a key role in keeping our digital shelves stocked and shoppable. If you're excited about social commerce and growing DTC brands, this is the perfect entry-level role with tons of growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop

• Create and manage product listings with accurate descriptions and visuals.
• Sync inventory and pricing between TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Assist with product tagging for TikTok Live sessions and video content.
• Ensure listings meet TikTok Shop policies and compliance standards.
• Support influencer campaigns or live shopping initiatives with product data and coordination.

Shopify Stores

• Ensure TikTok Shop and Shopify product and order mapping.
• Maintain and organize collections, categories, and homepage merchandising.
• Launch sales, discount codes, and seasonal product drops.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
• Validate order flows from different sales channels.

Operations & Support

• Track and resolve order or inventory issues across both platforms.
• Maintain accurate product data in spreadsheets or inventory tools.
• Provide client reporting and support on a daily basis.
• Help gather insights and reports on product performance, returns, and top sellers.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing (internships count!)
• Familiarity with Shopify and/or TikTok Shop preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, Canva or TikTok Creator tools.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required):

• Understanding of TikTok Live, affiliate campaigns, or social commerce trends.
• Experience assisting with content or creator campaigns.
