What you will do

You will lead the development and execution of strategic operational initiatives that align with business and departmental goals, and improve organizational performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and operational rigor to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. You will work closely with senior leaders across Client Success, GTM, Product, Engineering, and Finance to transform strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Translate company strategy into operational plans, goals, and measurable KPIs/OKRs for the Delivery Team.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify process and workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to accelerate delivery, reduce risk, and improve quality of service.
  • Establish and institutionalize operational best practices and governance frameworks across teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Client Success, Support, Product, Sales, Engineering, Risk Assessment, Finance, and other functions to drive alignment on priorities, resource planning, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional operational cadences and support executive reporting.

Performance Management

  • Define key metrics and dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and areas needing corrective action.
  • Provide insights and operational recommendations to COO.

Change & Transformation

  • Drive organizational change initiatives to support company scaling, including tooling, resourcing models, and new operating practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across teams.

You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights and decisive action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or related field or equivalent experience. MBA or advanced degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business operations, or related functions, ideally with SaaS or technology company experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic projects and operational transformations.
  • Experience with business planning frameworks (OKRs, strategic roadmaps, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SaaS delivery, metrics, and lifecycle operations.

Salary

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.

Salary range: $148,000 - $180,000
