At Bunny Studio we are looking for a Director of Global Sales to join our Sales team. You’ll work with a highly diverse and multicultural remote team with a mission to “make it happen”, where passion and fun are prized as much as hard work and creativity.

🐰 Our team: We're currently with 87 people globally distributed. Over the last 12 months, we've grown the team by ~80%. We come from different backgrounds; scientists, parents, designers, historians, engineers, writers, audio-visual producers, travelers, athletes, voice artists, pet-lovers, and more. We're all bunnies. As a collective, we refer to ourselves as the fluffle.

🌏 Our location: We're a remote-first team. We work from Brazil, Nigeria, The Netherlands, The Philippines, Colombia, Argentina, England, Uruguay, among other places. We don't have an office.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Global Sales, you will play a crucial role in building the sales team and setting up all systems and processes needed to grow Bunny Studio's revenue in specific industries through 2022. In this role, you are expected to run diverse sales experiments to drive acquisition and grow current retention systems. You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to drive customers' requirements to the company and align efforts to impact the overall business. While your main level of strategy is expected to be strategic, we require you to be tactical and operational as we establish a more robust Sales team.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy, that involves acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts, that support the overall growth business objectives.

  • Develop and implement an effective outbound sales plan that supports the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales processes that expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence.

  • Understand our target customers and identify effective acquisition channels for each of them.
  • Set objectives, coaching processes, and performance monitoring of the team- Build bridges with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success Operations teams to build a shared vision towards new client acquisition.
  • Represent Bunny Studio at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
  • Setting and hitting sales targets.
  • Build a global outbound and inbound sales team
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes of the game development, localization, media, and audio advertising industries and lead changes in strategic priorities.
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • While establishing the sales team, in the absence of a specific role, get hands-on in building and executing solutions.

  • GMV from new users
  • Growth from current key and partner accounts

  • Minimum of C1 English proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
  • Specific knowledge of one or more of the following industries: media, advertising, game development, ed-tech, music production, among others.
  • Being able to build teams, not only manage them.
  • You have recruited sales team members in the past when building or growing your sales team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with web technology.
  • Experience in business intelligence analytics.
  • Experience in building outbound strategies.
  • Experience in designing partnership strategies.
  • Scientific - be scientific in the way you approach problems and understand why, for Bunny Studio, experimentation is the only way forward.
  • The availability to travel to attend events and meet clients.
  • Proven experience in scaling revenue streams above $10M.
  • The ability to drive the general direction of the sale goals for the company and set the short- and long-term objectives.
  • Digital proficiency with experience in remote work is a plus.
  • Working knowledge SaaS collaboration tools is a big plus. Such as: Slack, Confluence, Zapier, Trello, Aritable, Zoom, G Suite
  • Proficiency with modern sales and marketing tech tools. Ability to manage and extract data from CRM. Existing knowledge or experience with Hubspot is a plus.

You will report to Santiago Jaramillo, CEO, who is based in Bogota, Colombia. Moreover, you will work closely with the following teams: Product, Marketing, Customer Success Operations, Finance and Legal

You will be expected to remain in this role for 5 years. The knowledge and experience you'll gain may then enable you to perform any of the following roles, either at Bunny Studio or somewhere else:

💰 Compensation

Your gross salary will be between $89,203.88 and $137,236.74 per year.**

At Bunny Studio, we strive for equity amongst all our team members. Therefore, our compensations are determined per functional area and role. Hence, team members within the same role and job level will earn the same. Before you apply, ensure that the salary is within your income expectations.
