As the Director of Business Development for North America you will be responsible foridentifying, pursuing, and securing major business opportunities within their assigned region. You will develop and drive Behaviour’s regional growth strategy, represent the company in high-stakes negotiations, and forge strategic partnerships that advance the organization’s long-term objectives. Collaborating closely with global and regional leadership, as the Director of Business Development you will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging deep market expertise to unlock new possibilities and ensure the company’s success in a fast-evolving industry.

In this role you will:

  • Lead Business Development for North America by defining and executing a regional growth strategy aligned with Behaviour’s global objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high value opportunities across publishing, licensing, strategic partnerships, M&A, and emerging business models.
  • Drive complex deal negotiations and act as Behaviour’s ambassador in key industry forums, strengthening the company’s visibility and influence.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with publishers, platforms, external partners, and other regional stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insight to leadership by analyzing market trends, competitive activity, client/IP opportunities, and performance data to support long-term planning.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 10 years in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles, within the video game or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build high value partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic, client focused mindset with proven experience developing long-term relationships and delivering impactful business solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, operate both strategically and operationally, and navigate complex global environments.
  • Highly effective at collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams and contributing to a culture of open knowledge sharing.
