As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work closely with the operations team to produce quality, timely and forward-looking financial information. You will be acting as a financial business partner by guiding operations on performance, financial risks, and opportunities for Behaviour. You'll also have the opportunity to be a key player in the growth and integration of new companies. Are you game?
In this role you will :
- Promote innovation and participate in continuous process improvement projects;
- Provide feedback for weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget: actual variance analysis on financial and operational metrics.
- Implement new processes and software solutions for the business FP&A function to scale effectively;
- Develop a short- and long-term financial model that takes into account the Company's objectives, industry standards and market expectations;
- Perform sensitivity analyses to establish projections according to different scenarios;
- Calculate and analyze the financial ratios resulting from our financial model while maintaining the proper presentation of our KPIs.
- Work closely with all departments to build quantitative analyzes to support them in their decision-making;
- Analyze different data sources that are likely to change rapidly to extract key elements and help the Company meet its objectives and improve its performance in the market;
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finances;
- CPA and/or CFA designation will be considered as an asset;
- Possess between 5 and 10 years of experience including a minimum of 3-5 years in a management position;
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite software, particularly Excel;
- Bilingual, both spoken and written;
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on time;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to drive innovation by to developing and implementing new procedures.
