Position Overview:
The Director of Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop will be responsible for managing and scaling our affiliate marketing program while also leading the expansion, strategy, and execution for TikTok Shop growth. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in performance-based marketing, social commerce, and influencer partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and e-commerce to drive growth and optimize performance across both affiliate channels and the TikTok Shop platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase conversions, and generate revenue.
- Manage relationships with key affiliates, networks, and partners to ensure optimal performance and continuous growth.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators that align with our brand and target audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Contribute to affiliate audits and new business calls
- Oversee the development and execution of TikTok Shop strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing goals.
- Develop and implement sales-driving campaigns and promotions for TikTok Shop, including influencer partnerships, flash sales, and exclusive product launches.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create engaging TikTok Shop content that drives traffic and conversions.
- Leverage TikTok’s unique features (e.g., live shopping, shoppable videos, etc.) to drive engagement and sales.
- Track, measure, and analyze TikTok Shop performance, providing regular reporting and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Create and present MBR and QBR reporting to internal stakeholders as well as clients when requested.
- Be able to conduct forecasting for monthly client budgets
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver client reporting
Manage a team and be able to manage/mentor beginner media buyers.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing with partners like Rakuten, Impact, Pepperjam, CJ
- Expertise in launching and managing Tik Tok Shop programs
- Experience managing a team
- Strong client facing presentation skills
- Experience working with mid-large campaigns (i.e. budgets of $250,000+)
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet or exceed expectations
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience with creative strategy to identify, iterate, and generate ad concepts in collaboration with our creative teams.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000; however Acadaca considers several factors during the hiring process, including but not limited to, responsibilities, the role, experience, education, training, and key skills.
