Digital Trading Manager

As Senior Digital Trading Manager, you will be key in driving and optimising our websites to deliver engaging, relevant and targeted experiences for our customers which drive our commercial targets.

You will work in digital but will need to bring together teams across the business to deliver great experiences for our customers that engages new customers, drives our conversion and creates stickiness with our existing customers.

The role

• Regularly reviewing performance, analysing data sources to identify reasons for performance and actions to respond.
• Combine your breadth of commercial knowledge & data analysis skills with those across the team to create a holistic view of performance & identify opportunities to optimise.
• Identify opportunities for growth in our customer journey and coordinate teams to test hypotheses.
• Manage the activity calendar for digital across the business, coordinating stakeholders from all channels to ensure that customers see joined up campaigns across all channels.
• Drive a testing culture, putting data at the heart of our testing plans and constantly driving forward our website and performance.
• Manage new product launches with brand marketing, ensuring products launch on time with correct product specification and ensuring that all digital channels are coordinating launch comms.
• Work closely with Performance Marketing to create and optimise journeys from our performance channels to maximise new customer acquisition and conversion.
• Work with the retention team to drive customer stickiness and having a constant backlog of tests to drive cross-sell, up-sell, subscription rate and increase trialling of different products from our existing customer base.
