We're the UK's specialist blood cancer charity and our vision is clear: we’re here to beat blood cancer. We fund world-class research; provide information and support to patients and their loved ones; and raise awareness of blood cancer.

Since 1960 we have invested more than £500 million in blood cancer research in the UK. Where we’ve invested, survival rates and quality of life have improved. We’ve been working to beat blood cancer for over 50 years, and we won’t stop until we do. Be a part of our story and help us change the world.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll not only be supporting and delivering our email marketing campaigns and assisting the management of our organic social media channels, but you will also support our paid digital campaigns. This role offers the chance to work with a talented team, drive innovative digital strategies, and make a significant impact on our online presence. If you're passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow in a collaborative and creative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The key areas of focus for the Digital Marketing Coordinator role are email marketing and organic social media management.

Overall, the efforts of the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support our overarching objective of beating blood cancer by reaching those affected by blood cancer, helping the fundraising team in delivering consistent transformative income, attracting new supporters and consistently engaging and providing value to our supporters. This role is crucial in ensuring that our digital marketing strategies are effective and get us closer to the day where we beat blood cancer.

We work in a hybrid manner, which means while we have an office, we work wherever we do or best work. With that in mind we do not have mandated “office” days, but you will be expected to travel to the office for meetings etc. as required. On average we expect this to be 2-3 times a month, however this can vary depending on needs.

Our culture and benefits package are award winning, and our staff survey tells us that we’re a great place to work.

We are committed to actively promoting equality, diversity, and inclusivity. In line with our strategy we welcome approaches from individuals from underrepresented groups, including minority communities, and applicants with a disability, to better reflect the community we serve and help broaden our perspectives.

The expectation for how often you will be required to attend the office is outlined in the job profile and will be discussed with you.   Details about our hybrid and agile working approach (including how travel expenses work) can be found on our website.
