This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Mondays - Fridays, 4 hours a day, between 9AM - 2PM Pacific Time (12:00AM - 5:00AM Manila Time / 11:00AM - 4:00PM Colombia Time)

Our client is a successful cannabis company based in Canada that sells their products through the Canadian government. They are rapidly growing and need support to help manage day-to-day administrative tasks. You'll work closely with the operations team to keep the business running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a fun, laidback team in the exciting cannabis industry! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who has great value for punctuality, tenure and credibility to provide administrative support to our operations team. This role involves responding to customer emails, entering data, and helping keep information up-to-date in our systems. There is also opportunity for growth to take on more responsibilities over time. You'll work 20 flexible hours per week and have a weekly check-in with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Create posts for Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter
- Experience doing creating video editing and captioning for social media
- Answer customer service questions via social media or email
- Compiling internal FAQs on customer service questions
- Working with designer to update assets with updated information (e g. updated pricing)
Requirements
- Must have strong knowledge of video editing for social media (short form)
- Excellent English writing skills. Very familiar with North American sayings and phrases.
- Lively personality, very keen to share ideas
- Very creative and daring
- Very up to date on social media trends, especially keeping track of North American trends
- Maintaining and tracking timelines on projects
Administrative:
- Able to manage tasks and projects over multiple deadlines
- Able to follow up and be proactive
- Sort information and group into FAQs - good with keeping records and details
