Job Description for Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Create and maintain organic social media presence across multiple platforms
- Optimize Google My Business listing and local SEO efforts
- Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies for optimal performance
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Assist in website optimization and content creation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including both organic and paid strategies
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ability to work in New Zealand time zone
- Extensive experience in digital marketing strategy development
- Strong background in branding and logo design
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools and AI-powered creative platforms
- Experience in building marketing strategies from scratch for new businesses
- Ability to provide high-level marketing advice and long-term strategic planning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts
Scope:
- Manage both organic and paid digital marketing efforts
- Establish and grow online presence for a new auto parts business
- Target specific demographics within the New Zealand market
- Collaborate with business owners to understand and achieve company goals
