We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Digital Manager to join our Customer Digital team.

The role

  • You will be working closely with the Product Owner within a cross-functional agile team that supports the online Customer Platform and Mobile App.
  • Understand your customers by analysing feedback, data analytics and insight to understand and optimise their experience online. You’ll also work closely with User Experience teams to create designs that meet customer expectations
  • Support each stage of the delivery process, including refining requirements within your team, managing content approval, and participating in key agile ceremonies
  • Work on larger-scale project work and smaller-scale incremental improvements to our online features

What We’re Looking For

  • Have proven experience in designing and delivering changes to customers’ experiences and are passionate about putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
  • Ideally have worked on digital change before and have a good understanding of agile ways of working.
  • Have great communication and stakeholder management skills, you’re able to engage with different audiences, from collaborating with developers on requirements to presenting to business areas on upcoming changes.
  • Be able to demonstrate confident decision making, using your judgement to strike the right balance between customer outcomes and speed of delivery.
