The opportunity

- Join the Group People (HR) team to design and develop learning resources to uplift capabilities across the business
Your new role
At QBE we understand the value of continuous learning and development for our people. This role is responsible for crafting engaging digital and instructor-led learning solutions that evolve with the changing needs of our organisation. As the Digital Learning Design Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning solutions to support a workforce digital transformation program.
You will also:
- Liaise with subject matter experts to design digitally-focused learning solutions
- Create learning solutions across a variety of modalities to uplift capabilities across the organization
- Translate enterprise and divisional capability needs into effective learning interventions
About you
- Skilled in instructional design techniques, especially digital learning (i.e. eLearning, videos, microlearns, etc.)
- Previous experience with designing and developing process and systems training
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
- Highly developed internal consulting, change management and project management skills
- Time management and ability to perform and prioritize in fast-paced and changing environment
- In depth knowledge of instructional design theory, techniques, and trends
