The Campaign & Creative Services team is a leading Democratic political consulting firm with a record of winning tough races. We have an in-house creative studio that specializes in brand strategy, copywriting, design and video production. We serve as creative partners to our clients, helping them solve their biggest challenges from brainstorming to creative production and execution. Together, we’re a team of strategists, copywriters, branding experts, producers, directors, designers and editors. We script, produce, edit and place digital, TV and radio ads and write, design and place direct mail and out-of-home ads in multiple states and markets from billboards, subway ads, bus station ads and so much more.


BerlinRosen is seeking a digital political operative and creative professional to join our growing campaigns media team. This person will help lead our team’s development and production of memorable ads, primarily for political, public affairs and advocacy clients. This role’s day-to-day will involve participating in client calls, advising on digital strategy, developing and tracking digital media plans and generating ideas and scripts.

Role duration: This is a temporary, full-time temporary position that will run from late July/early August 2024 through November 15, 2024.

Role location: Ideally, candidates are based in our Washington D.C. office on a hybrid basis, though candidates located in New York, N.Y. and remote candidates in the United States will still be considered. The Campaign & Creative Services team is in-office at least 2 days per week.


As a Digital Account Strategist on the Campaign & Creative Services team, you will…

  • Help develop winning digital campaigns in conjunction with our buyers and account team based on research and strategy
  • Track and monitor digital advertising metrics and budgets
  • Script ads and work with production to execute and deliver creative
  • Work directly with our clients on general strategy
  • Other tasks deemed necessary for the success of our clients

Essential skills:

  • 3+ years experience in politics or campaigns
  • A knack for or interest in developing smart creative, especially script writing
  • Knowledge of and skillset pertaining to digital media placement, strategy and buying
  • High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $72,000-82,000 annually, prorated for duration of employment

This role is eligible for an end-of-cycle bonus based on firm, team and individual performance.

Working Week

We work 5 days per week but offer 41 days of vacation per year.
