Position Description: As a member of our IT infrastructure team, you will play a key role in developing, supporting, and executing large-scale projects within a multidisciplinary team. Your days will include:
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve developer velocity, resilience, security, and infrastructure availability
- Developing scripts and tools to deploy and configure service updates
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Monitoring and optimizing live performance and stability, and preventing recurring incidents
- Creating detailed technical documentation and training other team members on best practices and new technologies
Qualifications: We are looking for someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Expertise in networking, both in cloud infrastructures and on-premises
- At least 5 years of experience with container and orchestration technologies
- Experience defining and implementing CI/CD processes and using common CI/CD tools
- A LEAN mindset
- English reading comprehension (you’ll need to read technical documentation in English from various sources)
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the company
Nice to have:
- Experience with Digital Ocean, OVH, GCP, Azure, and on-premises Linux servers
- Familiarity with Go, Rust, Python, C, C++, PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with Kubernetes, Laravel, Vue, and Next.js
- Experience with Docker, Jira, Bitbucket, PACT, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, and PostgreSQL
