Responsibilities you will develop expertise in:
- Supporting the operational functions of the branch (premiums, retail sales, account management, corporate and treasury services).
- Organizing efficient customer service and managing peak periods.
- Selling the bank’s full product portfolio to the branch’s retail and corporate clients.
- Managing and reporting on the branch’s retail sales targets.
- Organizing and conducting branch meetings.
- Providing professional support and development for colleagues (coaching).
- Handling deputy branch manager tasks.
This role is right for you if:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of banking experience in retail and/or micro corporate segments.
- You are familiar with sales and coaching methodologies.
- You possess excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- You have a business mindset and analytical skills.
