Deputy Branch Manager

Responsibilities you will develop expertise in:

  • Supporting the operational functions of the branch (premiums, retail sales, account management, corporate and treasury services).
  • Organizing efficient customer service and managing peak periods.
  • Selling the bank’s full product portfolio to the branch’s retail and corporate clients.
  • Managing and reporting on the branch’s retail sales targets.
  • Organizing and conducting branch meetings.
  • Providing professional support and development for colleagues (coaching).
  • Handling deputy branch manager tasks.

This role is right for you if:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of banking experience in retail and/or micro corporate segments.
  • You are familiar with sales and coaching methodologies.
  • You possess excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • You have a business mindset and analytical skills.
