RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and deliver a range of digital projects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timings, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, resource needs, and cost estimates.
  • Serve as the central communication point for the project team, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and changes.
  • Coordinate the development of project plans, timelines, and resourcing schedules, tracking project health and providing regular status updates.
  • Identify risks and issues early on, working proactively with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the smooth running of project operations, including meeting schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate changes to project scope, timelines, or budgets clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure sign-offs are obtained for all key deliverables and maintain an audit trail to ensure accountability.
  • Work closely with other departments (design, development, and account management) to ensure alignment on project goals and client needs.
  • Facilitate project governance, including the use of appropriate project management tools and methodologies, and help foster collaboration among team members.
EXPERIENCE
  • Experience managing digital projects, ideally within a creative or digital agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of web development processes, including familiarity with design, UX, and development lifecycles.
  • Practical experience using project management tools like Confluence, Jira, and time-tracking software.
  • Working knowledge of project management frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall, and an ability to apply the appropriate methodology based on the project’s needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
  • A proactive approach to managing project risks and resolving issues, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience in client-facing roles and handling client communications.
  • The ability to document project progress and ensure all relevant stakeholders are up-to-date.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on maintaining project momentum.
