About the role:
As a Deal Operations and Proposal Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our field operations efforts. You will support deal operations by tracking and coordinating deal activities, maintaining up-to-date records, and assisting in the analysis of deal performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective deal closure. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and coordination of proposals and Information Security questionnaire, ensuring the team is supported to successfully complete in a timely manner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in weekly closed/won contract reviews for applicable monthly commissions payout and close-out data population
- Support the deal process with weekly data pulls tracking deal progression (stage, outstanding internal requirements, ACV confirmations, etc)
- Manage weekly review of bookings tracker to ensure all qualified bookings are captured, applicable policies are noted, and pending go-live dates are up to date.
- Support in identifying and flagging deals that hit internal policies
- Manage initial RFx intake and Responsive setup for the response team
- Coordinate internal review meetings for completing RFPs/RFIs
- Manage intake and completion of Information Security questionnaires
- Manage and own Supplier Onboarding questionnaire requests
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Excel and Salesforce
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
Nice to have, not required:
- Experience in Sales Operations, or similar, organization
- Experience with Responsive (or similar Proposal Management tool)

Hybrid work:

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $88,000.00 annually + bonus + equity + benefits The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
