About Stora

Stora is a self storage software platform at the forefront of a technology-led revolution in the industry. We empower self storage operators to seamlessly manage their businesses, automate processes, and drive revenue growth. In just over 4 years, we’ve helped hundreds of operators around the world process tens of millions in automated payments. Known as innovators in our space, we’re a fast-growing team focused on making self storage better for everyone.

Why this role matters

We’re hiring a Data Operations Analyst to help fuel our sales engine. The sales team is growing—and they need the right data, cleanly prepared, in the right places.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, refining, and maintaining lead data to support our outbound and inbound sales efforts. Your work directly helps our BDRs and Account Executives focus on what matters: having great conversations and closing deals.

This is an ideal entry point for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to get hands-on with real-world data workflows. You’ll play a key role in supporting our go-to-market teams and helping shape how we scale sales at Stora. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to grow within the company—with the potential to progress into high-impact roles and earn a six-figure salary within a few years.

What you’ll do

  • Research and compile high-quality lead lists across UK and European markets
  • Enrich and clean company and contact data to meet sales team criteria
  • Work closely with the BDR team to deliver lists that are ready to use
  • Use Hubspot and spreadsheets to manage data
  • Spot patterns or issues in lead data and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align on targeting and campaign data
  • Maintain data accuracy in HubSpot and other sales systems
  • Create simple workflows or trackers to keep lead management smooth

What we're looking for

  • A degree in a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline is ideal—but we're open to candidates with strong analytical skills from other backgrounds.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail—you spot errors and fix them
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and navigating data tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Curious and methodical—someone who likes researching and refining
  • No experience in DataOps needed—we’ll train you
  • Bonus: experience with HubSpot or web scraping tools

Why join Stora

You’ll get to work at the heart of a growing go-to-market team, helping to shape how we reach and convert new customers. You’ll learn how sales data really works and build a strong foundation in commercial operations.

This role offers the chance to grow into RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or more technical data roles over time—depending on your interests.

Location

This is a primarily office-based role in Belfast. Some remote work flexibility will be available over time, and the role may evolve into a hybrid setup as trust and experience grow.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Training and support to grow into data/revenue roles
  • Private health insurance
  • Company pension plan
  • 35 days annual leave
  • Share options
  • Apple laptop and WFH budget
  • In-person team events and company meet-ups

Next steps

We’re reviewing applications as they come in and will be in touch quickly if it looks like a match.
