Purpose and Activities:
- Management and monitoring of systems to ensure full operational continuity of the Bank's IT systems.
- Verification and supervision of routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions.
- Particular focus on mechanical systems, HVAC and BMS supervision systems.
- Management of maintenance contracts related to buildings and people services.
- Implementation and validation of plant interventions, both for Data Center facilities and other bank properties.
- Design activities including feasibility studies, macroeconomic analyses and preliminary project plans, producing technical documentation required for tender procedures.
- Certification activities and periodic checks required by Authorities.
- Management of energy efficiency projects and supervision of systems via dedicated BMS software.
- Preparation, management and monitoring of the budget for plant interventions, managing relationships with approval Authorities and contracting companies involved in projects and maintenance.
Required Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering companies, technical studios or engineering firms specialized in this field.
Qualifications, Skills and Competences:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of main technical regulations: fire prevention, electrical and mechanical systems, power generation, energy containment.
- Knowledge of occupational safety legislation.
- Knowledge of IT tools.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Skills in managing complex systems, design and organization of construction sites.
Preferred:
- Experience in design and technical management of Data Centers.
- Previous experience in Facility Management in complex structures or large buildings.
- Specific skills on HVAC systems and BMS, as well as uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS).
