PanzerGlass™ stands as one of the leading global brands in screen protection and in this role, you will be instrumental in the maintenance and optimization of our data management processes. Your focus will be on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data to elevate overall operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for areas in prioritized order:
- Data Management: Oversee and manage the creation, maintenance, and governance of data across various systems and platforms.
- Take action and correct invalid and missing data.
- Product data, e.g. dimensions, naming and categorization.
- ESG data, reporting and setup of data structures.
- Structure data flows into and between various systems (ERP, PIM, CRM, etc.).
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data quality standard.
- Continuous reporting on data quality.
- Implement KPI’s for new data quality standards.
- Process Optimization and Continuous Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gain and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimization of data gathering processes for lifecycle assessment calculations.
- Improve production data by optimizing data collection from suppliers.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on data best practices and ensure comprehensive documentation of processes.
- Set up and conduct training sessions with relevant stakeholders on best practices.
Your profile
In brief we expect you to be an analytic, hands-on profile with relevant business understanding. But most importantly you get things done.
We imagine you are in the beginning of your career, and possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or showcase experience in Data and/or Process Management. Additionally, familiarity with data quality standards and best practices would be a notable advantage.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to be hands-on, together with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in both Danish and English is a prerequisite for this role, ensuring seamless interaction and collaboration in a multicultural environment.
