Your tasks will include:

  • Providing information about the bank’s operations.
  • Comprehensive support and advice to users on using the bank’s web and mobile solutions.
  • Authorizing mediated loans.
  • Receiving and resolving client inquiries.
  • Performing other operational tasks within your domain.
  • Participating in marketing campaigns.
  • Working in shifts.

We expect:

  • At least a secondary school education in economics or another relevant field.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office software environment.
  • Desired knowledge of basic banking software environments (Banking Window, CRM, etc.).
  • Desired knowledge and use of web and mobile banking.
  • Good command of English and Italian.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and independence in performing tasks.
  • Dynamism and adaptability in the work environment.
  • Responsibility toward work and colleagues.
