•Answer phone calls using Aircall app
•Reply to cases using Intercom app
•Use Airdroid app to connect to kiosks and support customers remotely
•Check equipment via cameras on the Reolink app
•Use the company's Web App to end rentals in case there are any issues where customer is unable to end rentals onsite
•Communicate with the team via telegram chat
