Under the Homerun brand, we offer two products: Homerun ATS and Homerun HR.
Our products allows teams to manage and grow their team, from start to finish. From career pages to job posts, candidate communication, storing employee information, holidays and absences to reporting, Homerun helps companies manage their people processes, end to end.

The job
As a Customer Success Representative, you will join the Commercial team at Homerun. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with Homerun. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests, helping them get the most out of our products. Your job is more than just answering questions—you will build relationships, advocate for customers, and contribute to their success.
You will share customer insights with the product and engineering team to improve our products.
You will monitor customer usage patterns and proactively engage to prevent churn.
You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our Customer Success tools.
You will take initiative on team projects and process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
You will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team.
You will conduct offboarding calls to gather insights from churning customers.
You will contribute to help center articles and self-service resources.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and working cross-functionally to improve the user experience.

You'll learn
You will learn the ins and outs of Homerun ATS & HR, so that you can act as the main contact for customer inquiries via Intercom chat, email and video calls.
You're comfortable with technology and love learning about software. We'll teach you all about the tools we use. Whether it's Slack, Notion, Stripe, Figma or Intercom–you will become a pro at juggling them and switching seamlessly between them.
You'll get to know our customers - we have lots of them and we talk to them often and a lot. It helps to know about their business, problems, and wins. Luckily, they're all pretty cool!
You'll setup your own Homerun account to learn how to use the products from the inside out.
You'll learn to work in a small tight- knit team that relies on and challenges each other to do good work.
You'll learn to think outside the box while solving customer issues, and maybe in life too – who knows?!
You
You have 1-3 years of experience in customer success, support, or account management.
You're a strong communicator and very precise ✍️ – you have excellent communication skills both written an verbal. Most of the communication will be done through writing so you need to have an eye for grammar and spelling.
You’re fluent in English 🇬🇧 – We're an international team with international users so we generally speak and write in English. Speaking Dutch is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities 💭 – You like to help others and you're good at thinking in solutions. You also don't shy away from a problem. You gladly tackle it with positivity and action.
You’re able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively 🕰️
You’re comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools 💻 –Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and support tools (Intercom, Zendesk) is preferred.
You're a people person 💬 – you’re empathetic, patient, and skilled in handling customer interactions.
You're positive and confident 😃 – you have a positive attitude, you like life the sunny side up, your glass is half full and you're not afraid to tell nay-sayers.
You're hands-on and driven to action 💪 – you don't mind getting your hands dirty even when it's new terrain for you.
