We are a fast-growing scale-up leading the way in HR & Payroll technology. With our user-friendly software, we want to take HR & Payroll to the next level. With 160+ colleagues in Amsterdam, Lisbon and Stockholm, we really do things differently. Here we have no managers, but a 4-day work week and the freedom to make an impact.
In this role, you will:
- Have extensive contact with customers through all possible channels
- Be the central point to help our customers as effectively as possible
- Schedule and host periodic meetings to help customers use our product better
- Give short product presentations and explain features to customers
- Present to larger groups of customers
- Host customer events
- Research the market by talking to customers, analyzing competitors and market developments
- Analyze internal user trends and functionalities so that customers use our product optimally and we can further improve it
- Identify problems and set up projects to solve them and improve our product
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Development
- Use modern tools such as Hubspot, Jira, Power BI and Slack

Job requirements
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of work experience (preferably in Customer Success within the SaaS industry)
- Experience with customer contact is a must
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- You communicate in a friendly manner and always act with the customer in mind
- You look for commercial opportunities with existing customers
- Analytical ability: you know how to read and use data to identify and solve problems
- Strong prioritization: you can effectively multitask and deliver on time
- Team player: you enjoy working with different types of people
