About the role

Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the client lifecycle ensuring the best Cobry client experience.

You will be responsible for

Day-to-day activities will include:

  • Primary point of contact for clients on projects, product, finance and support
  • Lead, build and nurture client relationships
  • Support the Sales team in client sales enquiries and proposals
  • Support the Technical team in project management and client communication
  • Provide basic training to clients
  • Oversee sales invoicing process
  • Project management and organisational skills
  • Provide hardware quotations and process orders for customers
  • General business administrative support duties
  • Commit to learning to help maintain relevant skills and knowledge

You will need
