Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships through proactive follow-ups via phone and email
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Utilize Grasshopper VoIP system to maintain clear communication channels
  • Organize and streamline office-related duties remotely
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall business operations
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role expands
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with native-level English proficiency
  • Experience with VoIP systems, particularly Grasshopper (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexibility to potentially transition from part-time to full-time as the role evolves
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Adaptability to work in sync with Los Angeles time zone
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing business
