Sprintax, part of Clune Tech, is a web-based tax return preparation software that provides a number of tax related services to non-residents in the United States. We help thousands of international visitors such as students, scholars, teachers, trainees, researchers, work and travel participants and other foreign individuals that are temporary in the United States each year with the preparation of their tax returns.
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people to join our team and become the main point of contact of our international clients, providing world-class customer service. This position offers the opportunity for you to gain experience in working within a multinational business environment and a friendly atmosphere, and develop various skills, such as communication, listening and problem-solving.
Temporary 5 months contract from December until the end of April and further chance to explore new career opportunities within the group.
What will you be doing?
• Taking care of customers' enquiries via chat and email;
• Assessing individual problems and offering the best possible solution to ensure that customer needs are met;
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
What are the key requirement and skills?
• To have an excellent level of English;
• To enjoy communicating with people and resolving cases;
• To have a friendly personality;
• To be self-motivated and result-orientated;
• To be a successful candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role.
