Salary conditions: 1,520 EUR/month The starting base salary is 1,300 EUR. After successful adaptation, monthly rewards averaging 220 EUR/month await you (more depends on your skill). After 6 months you receive a one-off adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

Purpose and Scope of Work: What we expect from you: We are expanding our team in the Digital Branch with new colleagues. We are looking for communicatively skilled team members who will perform retention – saving clients, increasing client satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience with VÚB Bank. We seek people with professional conduct, who want to develop their potential and enjoy advising clients on how to secure their wealth for the future. We will teach you everything else with the support of our great colleagues and managers in the Digital Branch. :)

Your tasks will be:

  • Helping clients find the most suitable solution.
  • Focusing especially on saving clients in the area of mortgages or accounts.
  • Increasing clients’ satisfaction with our bank.
  • Handling outgoing and incoming calls and email communication on a daily basis.
  • Making telephone offers and selling VÚB products.
  • Expanding your knowledge of existing and new banking products.

Position requirements: Suitable candidates have one of the following educational backgrounds:

  • Secondary school with graduation
  • First-level university degree
  • Second-level university degree

Required skills, qualifications and knowledge: You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You have pleasant and professional conduct.
  • You are patient and handle stress well.
  • You embrace new challenges and like helping others.
  • You are independent and organize your time effectively.
  • You have excellent written and oral command of Slovak.

An advantage if:

  • You speak English.
  • You have previous experience in a financial institution or call center.
