Job Type: Permanent

Location: Edinburgh. The role will be office-based at our state-of-the-art city centre office for the first 6 months where you will be provided with full training. Beyond this point you will spend a minimum of 60% of your time working in the office with the rest of your time spent working from home.

Salary and benefits: £23,000-£25,000 plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

As a Customer Operations Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance with their pension plans via inbound calls, along with digital Secure Message. You will provide high quality customer service by handling a variety of enquiries related to pensions, including plan values, retirement options, plan benefits and any other pension related queries.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for our customers.
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • No contact centre or financial services experience required, as full and ongoing training will be provided.
