PanzerGlass™ is one of the leading brands in screen protection on a global scale. In this role, you will work from our office in Guangzhou City and report to the Global Manager, Customer Operations in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

You can anticipate a role that involves managing customer orders, handling enquiries in written English, processing claims, and addressing questions from both our business and E-commerce customers. Furthermore, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Working with order entry whilst streamlining the process and managing the necessary documentation and processes for shipping products worldwide.
  • Efficiently handling tickets and requests through our E-commerce ticket system, Gorgias, as well as other platforms serving end-consumers.
  • Managing order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, refunds, replacements, and monitoring delivery progress.
  • Providing valuable support to our Sales team.
  • Ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers.
  • Engaging in general tasks related to Global Customer Operations.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service and managing orders for business and/or E-commerce clients. Your ability to compose professional, accurate, and amicable email responses in English is top-notch. You're well-versed in E-commerce ticketing systems, have a good grasp of Navision or a similar ERP system, and boast strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

You should exhibit qualities of responsibility and independence, and you should be enthusiastic about improving and streamlining work processes. This role requires a balance of independent work and effective collaboration within a team, coupled with an understanding of remote management dynamics. Additionally, you excel in prioritization and problem-solving.

Naturally, you possess good spoken and written English proficiency.
