PanzerGlass™ is one of the leading brands in screen protection on a global scale. In this role, you will work from our office in Guangzhou City and report to the Global Manager, Customer Operations in Denmark.
You can anticipate a role that involves managing customer orders, handling enquiries in written English, processing claims, and addressing questions from both our business and E-commerce customers. Furthermore, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Working with order entry whilst streamlining the process and managing the necessary documentation and processes for shipping products worldwide.
- Efficiently handling tickets and requests through our E-commerce ticket system, Gorgias, as well as other platforms serving end-consumers.
- Managing order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, refunds, replacements, and monitoring delivery progress.
- Providing valuable support to our Sales team.
- Ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers.
- Engaging in general tasks related to Global Customer Operations.
We are looking for a candidate with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service and managing orders for business and/or E-commerce clients. Your ability to compose professional, accurate, and amicable email responses in English is top-notch. You're well-versed in E-commerce ticketing systems, have a good grasp of Navision or a similar ERP system, and boast strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
