The internship is available from January 2026 for a duration of 6 months.

The Onboarding team is responsible for operations related to deploying the Welcome to the Jungle solution for our clients. It organizes and runs the project end to end, handling phases from translating client needs into functional specifications to production deployment.

You will be part of the Onboarding team, the employer brand expert team of 9 people, and will work with Production, Care and Customer Success teams.

On a daily basis, you will welcome new clients and create their showcase, acting as a true relay for their corporate culture and employer brand. Our goal is to ensure that the employer-brand showcases we build accurately represent each company's work environment and that each client maximizes their use of the tool!

Your tasks will be: you will guarantee the sales promise made to our clients. Your daily work will focus on two themes: managing a portfolio of around one hundred clients and project follow-up.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for existing clients who have renewed their Welcome to the Jungle subscription
  • Collect client needs to configure and update their employer-brand showcase
  • Ensure regular follow-up and support throughout the client's journey (onboarding and content updates)
  • Work on documentation and internal support: update the knowledge base, train new hires, etc.
  • Ensure clients understand and adopt our solutions: adding employer-brand modules, training on the recruitment tool, and handover to Care and Customer Success teams
