Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inbound product orders and other interactions, while maintaining positive performance standards and metrics
  • Passionate about our products, process orders, new account creation and upgrades, returns, etc.
  • Answer questions with respect to products, business plans, business programs/promotions, etc. effectively in a personal and professional manner
  • Document interactions for auditing purposes
  • Select the best solution to resolve and de-escalate issues regarding services or products
  • Provide an outstanding Customer Experience
  • Complete daily training assignments and keep up with updates regarding promotions
  • Have a great attitude about upselling products, promotions, services, events, etc.
  • Seek guidance as needed between departments and leaders to improve personal job skills and delivery

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bilingual/ English/French, advanced proficiency in French, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Willing to learn about and be passionate about our products
  • Excellent Customer Service competencies
  • Basic knowledge of Direct Sales
  • Ability to learn new concepts, procedures, and information quickly
  • Microsoft Office, typing 30+ WPM, 10-key skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, upbeat attitude
  • Strong listening, comprehension, patience, and objective skills
  • Phone skills and experience regarding Customer Service inbound calls are preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must reside in the state of Utah
  • Must have access to high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download speed)
  • Must have a private and distraction-free space to work remotely from home
